That's I am neither doing job and nor I am studying in Grad. school :-)
when there are no jobs people opt for higher studies...
its not a matter of statistics as far as enrollments are concerned. Its about the quality of production therefrom. There are so many vacancies lying unfilled for want of 'suitable' candidates.

I guess u r right. There is a dearth of suitable candidates to fill the vacancies...But I also believe that there is a dearth of vacancies to fill the suitable candidates
